Nuclear-fusion powered interplanetary spaceships will tremendously empower individual human beings, but they will also be enormous threats to the safety of humankind.

In effect, a human individual with a nuclear-fusion powered interplanetary spaceship will have an outer-space weapon that can be used as a nuclear bomb.

If and when the time comes, the American outer-space military must take on the responsibility to protect human-inhabiting planets in the Solar System and safeguard humankind from the enormous dangers in outer space.

As I said before, the American outer-space military should operate one billion or more nuclear-fusion powered military interplanetary spaceships with outer-space laser cannons, in addition to operating fully automated planet defense systems.

The American outer-space military must be everywhere across the entire Solar System at first, and then must be present in other star systems and galaxies via using the interstellar and intergalactic outer-space transportation technologies.
