If and when the artificial nuclear-fusion powered mass scale outer space humanity expansion technologies become realized, humanity will build an enormous number of mass-scale outer space human habitats and live in them. The living space for humanity will become unlimited across the entire Universe. That begs the question: How should the outer-space real estate be managed by governments, particularly the American government?

My bet is that the American government will hold outer-space real estate auctions, charge outer-space mining rights taxes, charge outer-space settlement rights taxes, charge outer-space human-habitat ownership rights taxes, and fund the American outer-space police and military with outer-space taxes.

I eagerly look forward to the day when 100 billion or more humans will live across the Solar System, across 100,000 or more mass-scale outer space human habitats on or above the Earth-gravity planets in the Solar System—namely Venus, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune—with one million or more people living in each mass-scale outer space human habitat.

God willing, humanity will have the artificial nuclear-fusion reactor powered mass scale outer space humanity expansion technologies, and massively expand into outer space interplanetarily at first, then eventually interstellarly and intergalactically.
